The benefits of dance

To understand, embrace the unknown, let it be, follow the philosophies of india, living in the moment... concepts are permanent encountered by various paths and can be addressed by the dance-therapy.

Dance-therapy allows you to explore all facets of life, its life, of its interior, to go meet with his inner child. Any adult may find her child, become a child again and experience the laughter and joy full.
