After 8mois training to become a teacher of dance therapy, I get bigger and more in tune with myself. I have lived this experience with a group of women in extras, in full connection. Para la Salsa is a dance school but also a training centre for dance therapy to which I signed up to become a dance therapist. I am in the right place with not only a rich learning but also a place of healing, listening, transformation to become the person I want to become.

 What a joy to participate in the workshop "essential oils and dance therapy" by Laetitia. As a pharmacist, she explains the use and the precautions to be taken. It will guide you in the exploration. As a dance therapist, she will accompany you in your expression through dance. A time dedicated to the speech and the exchange are also on the program. This workshop was focused on 4 chakras, a true wonder. I want more.

I am a student in this school, and plug-in module I discovered the real reasons to be a dance therapist because the techniques and the training process are experimenting on myself develop my potential, unlock my hang-ups. Thank you life for this wonderful experience

My two years of training is nearing its end and I heartily recommend this beautiful adventure with Pascale and Laetitia. Today, I feel hyper and serene in my place as a dance therapist : already because the approach of Easter allows a real-work on oneself, introspection, a self-confidence which have been life-saving for me. Also, because the range of tools that we explore (workplace emotions, kinesiology, the study of movement and posture, use of the music, creating a dynamic group, singing, rhythm, and I could go on !) it is rich, full, and really allows you to build a solid foundation for the future.
I especially appreciated the fact that Easter is primarily a dancer who has felt the dance healing potential (and not on the basis of a therapist who uses dance among other tools). This makes training very anchored in the body and in the feeling (physical and intuitive). It is true that this approach may not suit those who seek a training program based on protocols of care clinics. It may be that I complete my own training modules more scientific when I have the desire to support people in the care of a psychiatric pathology. Currently, my ambition is rather to bring my students to the awareness of their body, to put the intention in their movement and help them to take root and grow in a way safe through a dance intuitive and released the technical and injunctions to the performance. I feel fully equipped to do this.

I crossed the path of Easter at the salon Zen, in October 2019, so that it had a yoga session danced to the public, outdoors (subject to weather). I had spotted this workshop in the program, drawing me like a magnet (yoga AND dance, my two buoys in these times of storm personal !), but not knowing if I was going to dare to participate. Outside, at the espace Champerret, it is a small courtyard where people come to smoke, eat or simply breathe...there is, therefore, of the world. I got here 15 minutes before the time to observe it all, staring out at the threatening sky (I even wished for it to rain, to put an end to my dilemma !), connected to the feelings in my belly... not, dancing in front of this whole world, it's not going to be possible. Regret, disappointment, sadness, and anger mingled in me.

And then Easter came, with its enclosure, his smile and his wonderful energy, and the sun flooded the court... She made a brief announcement playful, put the music, and a few women came to join in the centre. To my immense surprise, I was a part of it. I experienced my first yoga class, dance/dance therapy and I loved it. It made me a lot of good, not only in the body, but also in the depths of my being. When I learned then that Pascale proposed a training, I understood that this was what I was seeking. As a highlight. A week later, we had coffee together, and I was enrolled in the training continues.

A year later, I'm full of gratitude for all that this meeting has created and has given me. First and foremost, other human encounters that have touched me and opened my heart. I would like to take this space to thank once again all and all, my companions on the journey, evolution and healing. Live all these hours of learning, dancing, sharing, listening, and self-transcendence creates a bond exceedingly strong, for life, and this contributes greatly to the strength of this trans-formation.

Pascale shared with us, throughout the year, his box of tools provided with kindness, patience, humor and love.

For the technical side of the dance : the training and repetition, with a lot of awareness on the posture and the movement just to preserve the health of the body, or even for the repair, from 4 to 99 years old. Be able to dance until her last breath, and do good for the dance are two concepts that affect me in particular.

For the party, dance therapy, or the art of using movement danced in the service of the development staff, Easter we share all our know-how we live out its proposals (exercises, meditations...) when modules are intensive. Thus, we learn through our bodies and our hearts, a path is particularly powerful, and trainer, before analyzing and taking notes.

The hours of observation also requested help soak up "in real life" knowledge has been passed in the common core, not only in terms of pedagogy, but also the posture of the teacher and group management : How to deal with kindness and firmness an unruly child ? The delay of the parents or students ? the cries of the smaller ones in the separation from the parent ? Being able to attend in real life, see Pascale do and see the happiness and well-being of students (from children to seniors, passing by adults) is very rewarding also.

And what about the hours of practice, to perform in the different courses of the school, to share how lucky and happy ! Capita far enough, I could not enjoy it as much as I would have liked, and then the containment and closure of the meeting arrived, and the courses in visio have taken over. Bounce. Adapt. Bravo for that also.

For me, the biggest challenge came in the month of February with the opportunity offered by Pascale give yoga classes, and this year, courses of yoga danced and Creative Yoga for children. This has not been easy, nor comfortable, as I had no experience in teaching, but I dared and I said yes. I am still very touched by the trust that was bestowed upon me, and I measure how much this experience allows me to move forward on my path of professional retraining. At my own pace, I have finally ceased to judge as being too slow, but accepted as being mine, so " just for me ". And as it is in looking back that we can see the road you have traveled, I take the time, when my mind is racing, I return.

If dance is your means of expression and as you feel the urge, or need, to participate in the transmission of values essential and simple as listening to (for self and other), respect, sharing, trust, and courage, I heartily recommend this training. The more we are to work for the well-being of the society, the more we will contribute to the emergence of a better world and benevolent, populated by individuals more balanced and fulfilled.

The toolbox is actually in us. It is enough to simply have the key to open it and bring out the treasures. Treasures resources, paths, discoveries. But hold the key to this is not as simple. Fortunately, the Guides are there to show us the way, we provide access to this happiness, this feeling of being able to raise mountains, that nothing can take us down. On the contrary, every event, every joy, every problem, we grew up and strengthens us in our relationship to ourselves and to others, and even, sets us free from the barriers that we impose on ourselves.

This workshop, I confess, began with difficulty because of my fears, my mental barriers. But, thanks to the confidence I have in Pascale, his kindness and his ability to guide, to me, "bring them back" in the distance, the darkness in which I run away sometimes, with the desire to spend time with this group of goddesses beautiful, all of it made me want to come back.

And great good has taken me this morning. Because I am an addict. Literally. Drugged to the dance, drugged, to freedom, to laughter, to the inner well-being, the love that still reigns in the company of other souls dancers-fronted caring. My tool box, it's me. I want to laugh, I laugh, you cry, I cry, to dance, I dance ! I have only one desire : to return me clean now and again. Want and need above all to feel this state of euphoria, serenity, excitement and dance. Oh yes ! Dancing every hour, minute and second of my new life. Dance this alarm clock, dancing in order not to lose the key of the small box, dance to convey the well-being of everyone as I have received it, dance to give all the warmth of my soul awakening.

These workshops are magical, because you have to taste it to believe it. The word "thank you" is inadequate, but I have no other. Thank You Pascale !

Dance therapy, it is a story of encounters.

...An encounter with a woman, Pascale, of which I felt the aura, and with which I wanted to share some of the way. This intuition was so right! I was ready for a domestic trip and you have been a guide to gracious, joyful, and liberating. 

...An encounter with a group of beautiful souls, who like me, have met on this journey of adventure that is dance therapy. Together we have traveled. And what a trip!

 We crossed our storms inland, have shared our suns comfort, we are nourished by the fruit of creativity that poured during our duets, trios and round dance. We have been gold-diggers, and have found so beautiful nuggets in each of us. We have met all our deserts of loneliness and danced in communion in the magic forests. We discovered new lands, which were in the us, such apprentices explorers, and dance has been our sailboat. She took us to the four corners of our inner world and in the 4 corners of our planet thanks to the rhythms of the world. We discovered faults, volcanoes, oceans of depth, fountains, rainbows and many other treasures. We've transformed our rubble of sentences in diamonds of love.So thank you to my fellow travelers.

... A meeting with myself. Dance therapy has given me the courage to listen to me. With the body it was more sweet than through my mind. My body was able to found the right words.

As for the césars, of course there are a few small prizes. I named Pascale in the category of best listening and positivity. When I get out of the room, I feel alive and I dare to smile ! Dance fills me with happiness, I come out every Tuesday with heads full of eyes.

It is a lesson that is really constructive and rewarding. I try to integrate relaxation exercises that I can reproduce at work, in transport, or when I can to make my life lighter and softer.

The formation of well-being and relaxation healed me, it heals me day by day. For each of the courses I dance, I am free, I am me.

In everyday life, it helps me to be in neutrality, to control my emotions, to be more psychologist, to accept the other as he is in positive communication and always in kindness.

This training I was amazed, I was propelled to me, to my being.
