Our collaboration with NeoSilver, a start-up dedicated to the older, extends to the dance and art therapy. Together, we work in a variety of structures dedicated to the elderly. This collaboration was forged in 2021. For more than 10 years hard work, we propose activities seniors. Our expertise in the care for our seniors has been enriched over time. This extensive experience has positioned us with precision in the activity of dance therapy, relaxation, meditation and métis'dance©.

Art therapy brings benefits significant to senior citizens. First, it promotes creative self-expression. Then, it stimulates memory and cognition. In addition, this practice reduces stress and anxiety. In fact, it encourages communication and social interactions. Art therapy offers a space of expression non-verbal. In this way, it helps to explore emotions buried. Finally, it strengthens the emotional well-being and mental health of senior citizens

Dance therapy offers other benefits specific to seniors. First of all, it promotes physical mobility, improving flexibility, balance and muscle strength. This regular practice helps to maintain good physical health, which is essential for the overall well-being of the elderly.

In addition, the dance therapy also stimulates cognitive functions. The coordinated movement and rhythm patterns in the dance help to stimulate memory, to strengthen the capacities of attention and to maintain the functions of the brain. This can be particularly beneficial in preventing or slowing cognitive decline related to age.

Another major benefit is the impact positive emotional dance therapy in the elderly. Dance as an artistic expression, you can release the emotions and reduce stress, anxiety and even depression. It provides a way to be playful and creative to explore the feelings and promote a feeling of general well-being.

In parallel, the dance therapy is also a great tool for promoting social interactions. By participating in sessions of a dance, the senior forge links with the other participants, which reduces the social isolation and reinforces the feeling of belonging to a community. We work in the framework of the institut Curie with the UTEP the unit cross-sectional therapeutic education of the patient. We propose to 2022 5 sessions, 4 workshops of dance therapy with the patients of the Curie institute. It is a very rich experience with very good feedback.

Our workshops use movement and dance as the primary means of communication and emotional expression. We use the creativity of the movement to help people explore their emotions, improve their mental well-being, physical and emotional, as well as to promote the integration of body, mind and spirit.

This practice is based on the idea that the movement of the body can be used to improve mental health, reduce stress, enhance communication, develop self-awareness and facilitate the expression of emotions. Our meeting at the Curie Institute are conducted in a small group in the room Bièvre.

We use techniques of movement specific to help individuals explore and resolve emotional, social or psychological. This approach can be used in a variety of contexts, such as mental health, physical rehabilitation, education, or social work.

We offer a safe space and creative where people can explore their emotions, their experiences and their relationships with their bodies and with each other through the movement

For more than a decade, the town hall of the 5th has been our faithful host for our shows, offering a stage to many children and adults so they can share their art with the public. This space has been more than just a place of representation ; it was a real sanctuary for individual expression and collective.

Through this opportunity offered by the town hall, of budding artists and emerging talents have been able to speak, express their emotions and reveal their creativity to the big day. These moments of freedom were of major importance as it allowed everyone to show himself as he is, without filters, in all its difference and uniqueness.

This secure space offered by the town hall of the 5th was a fertile ground where the diversity of artistic forms, and individual identities could flourish. Whether it be through music, dance, theatre, or other art forms, each had the opportunity to share his inner world, his dreams, his aspirations, and in return receive the support and encouragement of a community of caring.

These moments of expression were not only moments of creativity and sharing, but also of moments of human connection deep. By celebrating the differences of each, these events have helped to build relationships, to foster mutual understanding and to promote tolerance within the community.

The town hall of the 5th was the scene of the celebration of the diversity of artistic and human, a space where self-expression was encouraged, respected, and celebrated. This openness and inclusiveness have created long-lasting memories and have been a source of inspiration for each one, thus encouraging the ongoing exploration of our creativity and our identity.

Our learners dance therapy can be initiated into the experiences of the scene with different audiences

Para la Salsa© is a school of dance, founded by Pascale Saly-Giocanti in 2001. Today, Para la Salsa, they are sessions of dance therapy for adults & dance classes-focused well-being for children and seniors, beginners and seasoned, in the heart of Paris in the 5th arrondissement.

Pascale Saly-Giocanti, director of the school and the well-being space Per se Nota, is a graduate of the state in Modern Jazz. She is also trained in psychology at the Maïeustésie. She is a therapist psycho-body for a few years. In 2016, she built the training of dance therapy Per se Nota©. It thus creates a new current, where the dance is at the heart of the process of training in dance therapy. It also includes the relaxation.

Easter is accompanied by a team of dance therapists certified in the authorized training center Per se Nota© and in the school of dance Para la Salsa.

Today it offers training courses combining dance, relaxation, psychology, yoga, and personal development. She shares her dancing skills therapy

around four main axes :dance, creativity, pedagogy, and therapy.

During these last ten years, my close collaboration with the nursing staff has been successful in ASIC. Through my sessions of guided meditation, I was offered an opportunity necessary for a range of health professionals, including doctors, nurses, and researchers, to find a moment of healing. In collaboration with the ASIC, as with Casip Cojasor has allowed me to gain a vast experience in guided meditation.

This collaboration proves to be effective for their well-being. The sessions of guided meditation, has served as a resource, offering a space to relax and refocus. These health professionals, as all the actors of these trades are immersed in an environment that is often demanding and stressful. They peuvenent and take advantage of these moments to relax.

First, the guided meditation plays a crucial role in the management of stress. Then it allows them to reduce anxiety and promote a state of inner calm. Finally, participants can develop tools to manage the tensions of their demanding work and their daily commitment to patients.

In addition, this practice has had a positive impact on the mind. It offers a space to disconnect from work pressure, thus promoting mental clarity, and a better ability to cope with the challenges encountered in their work.

The physical benefits of guided meditation are also notable. It can lower blood pressure, improve sleep quality, and strengthen the immune system. These benefits are valuable to professionals often face physical and mental demands are high.

This collaboration is mutually rewarding. By offering these sessions, I was able to observe the benefits tangible than the guided meditation brings. Their positive feedback and their ongoing commitment, strengthened my conviction about the importance of these practices in the field of health.

When you have completed the training in dance therapy level 1, then you may want to expand your knowledge and bring more depth to the level of the therapy. In fact, training in dance therapy level 2 will allow you to have more skills in the weaving between the skills therapeutic, educational, and dance.

Here are the tools you need to integrate. In effect, an observation time is necessary to learn how to teach dance therapy

• Integrate the therapeutic dimension to the dance therapy
• Allow students to make a working therapeutic deep
• Offer workshops in different structures (foundations, schools, associations, hospital settings)
• Bring the therapy in the community

• An interview with a professor from the centre, a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of sports activities are required.

Teaching from Monday to Thursday.

At the end of the training, dance therapy, a certificate will be issued. So you have made 550 hours of training and you will feel ready to immerse yourself in the depths of the therapeutic work with your students. Because dance therapy distinguishes itself from the dance intuitive or dance well-being for its therapeutic dimension thrust.

La formation complète signifie une formation de 238 heures de modules pédagogiques en présentiel accompagnée de 80 heures de travail personnel sur les plateformes en ligne et de 80 heures de mise en pratique.  Les 238 heures en présentiel se déclinent en 7 thèmes composés chacun de 5 journées de formation.

Si vous choisissez de faire les sept thèmes à la suite, selon le planning, vous optez pour la FORMATION COMPLÈTE CONTINUE réalisable en une année.

Si vous choisissez de faire les mêmes sept thèmes sur deux ou trois ans, vous optez pour la FORMATION COMPLÈTE DISCONTINUE.

L’objectif de la formation complète de danse thérapie est d’accompagner des élèves dans différents types de cours de danse tel que la danse thérapie, la danse intuitive, la danse bien-être, la danse des émotions, la danse libre. En effet, dans des séances de danse non axées sur la performance, les élèves se centrent sur leur intériorité. Même si vous ne cherchez pas à les amener dans les limbes de leur profondeur, ils peuvent d’eux-mêmes aller visiter des traumas. D’où l’importance de se former avec un minimum de 400h pour accompagner en toute confiance vos élèves.  Vous aurez également la possibilité de vous former en métis’danse pour accompagner vos élèves. Il vous suffira ensuite d’acheter la licence pour dispenser des séances de métis'dance© axées danses et/ ou des séances de métis’danse© axées thérapie.

Il est attendu de chaque apprenant souhaitant obtenir sa certification de se présenter à une des deux sessions d’évaluation annuelle (janvier et juin) et de présenter :

• Un cours de danse thérapie d’une durée de 20 min
• Un mémoire de recherche de 10 à 20 pages à présenter au jury.

Représente 80% de la note finale. Les 20% restants représentent le contrôle continu.

Pour obtenir la certification intitulée professeur de danse thérapie, une note minimale de 10/20 est nécessaire.

En cas de non validation, il est possible de repasser l’examen final sans frais supplémentaire sur une prochaine session à valider avec l’équipe pédagogique.

Les documents détaillant les différentes évaluations vous seront remis en début de formation.

A l’issue de chaque thème de formation en danse thérapie, une attestation vous sera remise.  Pour avoir accès à la certification, il vous faudra réaliser les 238 heures de module plus les 80 heures de formation en ligne et les 80 heures de pratique en ligne ou en présentiel.
